Branding Design Process

The Consultation

Like any great dish, you need a winning recipe. After your initial inquiry, we will set up a phone call , in-person meeting or video session. I will ask you some questions regarding your business, vision and goals and you get the chance to ask me any questions that come to mind. This step will give us both a chance to get to know one another and make sure we are going to make an awesome team.

Hire + Questionnaire

Once we agree that this will be a great collab, it’s time to gather the ingredients. I will put together a formal proposal for your project and send it your way. If everything prepared is approved by you, please sign send the proposal back to me and keep a copy for yourself. You will also kindly fulfill the invoice for the initial deposit payment to hold your spot in the PDC work queue at this time.

Pinch wants to ensure that all needed elements will be incorporated in you design project. I will send you a link to my design questionnaire so you can go through and answer some important questions to insure we are on the same page prior to your project start date.

Inspration + Creation

Yes, all the ingredients have been gathered and now its time to start cooking! I will study your question- naire and create a color palette along with style inspiration that will set the overall tone and look of your new project. During this phase you will receive your 1st deliverable which will consist of a few unique design concepts based on the information given in the initial stages. Once received, you will have the opportunity to review and request revisions until you can smell the design cooking!

Design Is Served

Yummy! Your design dish is complete! It’s now time to put it all together and create your final deliverable. You will have a chance to review and request up to 3 rounds of revisions on the final look just for cleaning up purposes. Once your approval is received and your final payment is made, Dinner will be ready!

*WE WILL PACKAGE UP YOUR FILES AND SEND THEM TO YOU VIA A CONVENIENT DROP-BOX LINK FOR DOWN- LOAD OR VIA EMAIL IN A ZIP FILE.

Pinch Printed

Nothing makes a good dinner better then dessert! Now we can take your new design and continue it throughout printed material (business card, business letterhead/note card and envelopes, stamp, stickers, etc.) to complete your seamless new look. Pinch Design Co, is also available to assist during the print process and can recommend the printer we use.

Website Design Process

Built on the widely popular and user friendly Squarespace, your website is built completely unique for your business. We professionally design your site using a current template to match your newly designed brand. We include a tutorial session to teach you how use and manage your site content so you can tweak this recipe at any time!

Additional Website Information

 

Domain Names, Hosting Services + Email Setup

Your domain name as well as hosting and email services must be purchased by you, the client. Pinch Design Co. is not responsible for server downtime, software issues or any other compatibility issue that may arise after the launch of the site. Squarespace, Shopify and WIX have customer service lines for any questions you may have once we have turned the site over to you. Client must provide Pinch Design Co. with all passwords and usernames to complete site.

Website Matenience

This contract does not include future Squarespace, Shopify and WIX compatibility issues for your site. After the launch of the site, all additional work will be quoted and billed at our hourly rate, $75.00.

Site Content

Please provide all page titles and site content prior to site design. This will help us design the site specific to your needs from the start and will streamline and customize the design process. All content will be uploaded by you to our shared dropbox folder or email for use in the mockup design. You are responsible for providing all images in proper format, size and quality for your website design. Any delays to the submission of this information will cause your project to be delayed and, in some cases, may result in additional charges.

Site Imagery

All site photography should be completed and uploaded by the client to our shared dropbox before site design begins. We always recommend working with a professional photographer for your website imagery for a more personal and custom feel but stock photography can be purchased and used by the client as an alternative if need be.

Development Process

All sites are built on using a per-selected template from the Squarespace, Shopify or WIX and customized to fit your needs. Once you provide your approval on the design of your site and we go to the development phase. This is where all site photography and content will be used. Once the site has been completed, Client will review and sign off.
